Bring Your Own Cooler (BYOC)
Meet us in Girdwood when we offload our fresh catch of the day. In order to best preserve your fish, bring a cooler or tote that is at least 2 feet long.
Laying your fish side by side with care will help prevent bruising, and keep the texture and flavor intact.
Fresh sockeye is available only in Girdwood for pickup. All orders must placed by Saturday at midnight and receive confirmation for the following week. Text 907-748-0741.
How it Works
1. Choose Your Box
You choose your box size and pay a 50% deposit now to confirm your order. You pay the balance upon receiving your fish.
2. Salmon Delivered To Your Door
We deliver your flash-frozen, direct from the boat, Alaskan wild salmon, to your door.
3. Individually Packaged
Your box will contain flash-frozen vacuum sealed, deboned fillets cut into roughly 2 serving sizes (about 6-8 ounces).
4. Enjoy Your Fish
Your box will be delivered mid July to early August. You then get to enjoy fresh Alaskan salmon and feel good knowing you're participating in a sustainable community supported fishery.
